If it were, to enable the computer lock feature here is how:

• Go to the control panel, click [start]> [Control Panel], select [User Accounts].
• In the User Accounts window, select the [Change the way users log on or off], then remove the check mark in the [User the welcome screen]
• Click on Apply Options.
• Completed.
